Volvo Auto Repairs and Maintenance in Loveland

My TJ was killing batteries, apparently because I don’t drive it enough. As I drove it over to them the transmission wouldn’t shift out of second. Having had this issue in the past, I knew what the problem most likely was. Jesse (which one? I don’t know, there’s too many to count) diagnosed the transmission control module, they ordered in a replacement that came with a 5 year warranty and put a disconnect on my battery. They did this in a very timely manner and everything installed was less expensive than just the TCM cost me last time. I can't say enough good things about this place! I had my Tacoma worked on here several times, and the service and pricing was fast, and very fair! Kaci at the front counter kept me updated and was very friendly and helpful. She arranged a complimentary ride to pick me up after my truck was done. Jesse, the tech that worked on my truck took time to come out and explain things in a way that I could understand, and helped me make a plan for future repairs & services. If you are looking for a great shop that genuinely cares about people, and keeping vehicles in top shape, give these guys a call! Highly recommended.
